Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Eastern time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified below. (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.)

SIR JACK’S endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. 
Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. 

Gift cards are shipped separately free of charge. 

We ship via FedEx Home Delivery when you choose the standard delivery option. FedEx Home Delivery delivers packages Tuesday through Saturday from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. to residential addresses. Orders sent by 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. We recommend choosing 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping if you are shipping your package to a business address. SIR JACK’S Gift Certificates are not eligible for expedited shipping. 

Personalizing an item requires additional delivery time for your entire order. If the item you select is eligible for tracking, once the entire order is completed, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the FedEx tracking information. 

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout and can vary by several factors including location, weight, dimensions, and shipping method. To determine the shipping costs, simply add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter the desired shipping address to see the costs for every shipping method without having to place an order.

International Shipping

Orders purchased online will not ship outside the United States. If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at customerassistance@sirjacks.com and our Customer Assistance team will contact you to confirm the details of your purchase
